WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL​

  • Participate in high-level product planning, road map, and development strategy.

  • Create personas and high-level mockups to visualize conceptual ideas and easily discuss them with stakeholders, technical owners, and the development team.

  • Step by step, turning high-level requirements into doable tasks, make it ready for the development team to take into upcoming sprint planning.

  • Collaboration with UI/UX adviser to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by users.

  • Create and maintain product backlogs, ensuring user stories and requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Joining daily meetings with stakeholders and technical owner team to clarify/update/discuss on changes of requirements or priority changes.

  • Update change of requirements/ priority to development teams

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements and provide guidance throughout the development process.

  • Verify output from the development team to ensure the team archives outcomes.

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

 

MUST HAVE:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as Product Owner/Product Analyst.

  • Must be fluent in English.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria

  • Excellent analytical and abstraction skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts and identify key issues.

  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions and create well-considered solutions with a clear path to delivering large value.

  • Strong problem-solving demonstration.

  • Passionate about delivering smart UI/UX to the end users.

  • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback, mindful of feelings, emotions, needs, and wants of customers, colleagues, and yourself.

  • Good understanding of the software development process, particularly Scrum/Scaled Scrum.

  • Ability to create high-level mockup/wireframe to demonstrate conceptually.

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of the oil/gas industry is a huge advantage.

  • Experienced with design tools (Figma).

  • Experience with web applications/Integrated solutions/SDK.

  • Experienced in European companies.
